The Ramgarhia Sikh Sports Centre was formed in 1985.

The first hockey tournament and sports festival in July 1986 marked a very important milestone for the Centre. Since the tournaments and sports festivals have continued to engage the participants and community at large. RSSC has continued to progress the diverse sporting activities and had become another popular wing of the gurdwara.

RSSC were responsible for orgainising the following activities to enrich the lives of the your and not so young:

Ramgarhia Karting and Motor Sports Club

Ramgarhia Dhol Academy (1995) However, the activities were severely curtailed when refurbishment commenced at Ramgarhia Community Centre at 270 Neville Road, London E7.

Rangarhia Dhol Academy has been successfully performing at major national events since 1995. It has succeeded in becoming a household name in UK and many other countries. The Academy has had privilege of performing alongside some of the biggest names in Bhangra and various other Asian musicians. They have regularly performed at major festivals (Notting Hill, Brick Lane Carnivals) and other celebrations.

Dhol Academy operates from the Panjabi School building at 231 Plashet Road, London E7. Sessions are held every Friday from
6:00 to 8:00pm.

Ramgarhia Weights Training Club operates from the Gym in the Ramgarhia Panjabi School basement.
